Owner and Lead Photographer of Intricate Exposures.
Forgive me, what I lack in writing skills, I make up for in my love of photography.
I was born, raised and still reside in Grand Rapids, MI. I really enjoy this city and I continually find great and new locations to shoot. I am newly married (July 2016) to my husband Harley Dean. We met in college where it all started; my photography career as well as my life with him. On occasion he photographs with me.
I would describe my photography as bright and crisp with hint of timeless flare. I enjoy editing an image just as much as taking the photograph. My main pleasure is photographing portraits, but also love creating new worlds with my conceptual Photoshop work. I strive to give my clients the best experience possible for their shoot. I believe that getting your portraits taken should not be stressful. I will help with anything, from choosing outfits, to locations, to giving you your smile.
For those with interest, I shoot with a Canon 6d, 50mm 1.4, 85mm 1.8, 35mm 2.8, and 70-200mm 2.8. I have an Associate of Fine Arts at Grand Rapids Community College, and I have had multiple showings at GRCC Paul Collins Art Gallery.I participated in Artprize in 2014.
